Store format auction: Store auctions are set to approval only for bids to prevent the scam artists from being able to end the listing. If you'd like to bid or make an offer, just send me a note and let me know and I can approve you. This has to be done on a listing by listing basis, I've had a few people that was just too complicated for, but if you want to bid on several items you'll need to let me know just which ones. Thanks for your understanding.
Restorable, Hot Rod, Rat rod project: 1929 Dodge coupe. I am not sure if this is a real 1929 or the 1930 carryover model - Dodge sold 28's as 29s until Jan 1 1929, then from July to Dec sold the 1929 model as 1930s before introducing a real 1930 model. The only way to tell the carryover apart is by the serial number, and right now this is stored in a barn, under a tarp, with so much other stuff around I could not get to the door to open it. Car is complete, solid, has been stored in a barn or shed most of the last 40 years at least. The headlights appear to be incorrect (sealed beam conversions). Has not been run since the 50's or earlier. Rolls, steers. When I get a chance to sort out the exact model and year I will post the information. Price set by owner - these don't grow on trees exactly, either, this is like a new car compared to some of the rusty tin this vintage I've been able to dig up.
Terms: 10% or $500, whichever is greater, deposit up front, not refundable. Sold As-Is, this is an old car and has rust issues, buyers are welcome and invited to inspect cars in person prior to bidding in case there are problems which I am not aware of. 30 days storage is included with the car, more time can be arranged in advance on cars that are paid in full at $50/month. Time is flexible depending on weather concerns. Unresponsive or uncooperative buyers may be assessed $10 per day storage if necessary, but we try not to let things get to that point.
How to pay: Check, cash in person, money order(s).
NOTE: Cashiers checks only accepted for the exact amount of the transaction. They must be able to be verified by the issuing bank before being accepted.

eBay forces me to include this redundant and confusing statement in this listing - their words, not mine: “This vehicle is being sold for parts only and is not operational or street legal. Therefore, upon purchase, it will need to be either towed or trailered. eBay encourages its members to learn about their state laws governing vehicle sales prior to the sale or purchase of a vehicle.”
