We encourage buyers to include insurance on all items – be advised that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.

All items are sold AS IS. No warranty is implied. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately so that we can address it for you. If we authorize return of your item, the item must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the condition originally shipped within 3 days. Refunds will NOT include original shipping and handling charges OR return shipping charges.

Please Note: We currently are shipping twice a week: Once a week via UPS and once a week via USPS. We will notify you at the time of shipment of your item via email. In most cases, this should allow for shipment of your item within just a few days of receipt of your payment. However, please note that depending on the exact date that your payment arrives, if we have already shipped for that week – your item will ship the following week for you.
