First edition

Great magazine with original paper covers with book reviews and large section of adverts at the rear.  Text illustrations in black and white by W H Robinson, Rackham, Mabel Lucie Attwell, Harry Clarke, Detmold, Cruickshank and many others. Illustrated throughout with reproductions of illustrations and of pencil portraits, and with photographs of the writers and artists of the time.

CONDITION

The binding is tight and firm but the back cover and the last page are detached.   The front cover is partially attached.  The covers are torn around the edges and the last two inches of the spine is missing.  Internally the book is very clean and bright throughout with only one or two very mild spots.
