Vintage Kammer & Reinhardt Celluloid Head Toddler Doll
 

Description:

Adorable all original celluloid head character toddler doll.
 

Very well molded character face. Open mouth with attractive lips, two upper teeth and movable tongue. Big and vivid brown glass double function flirty and sleeping eyes (open/close and side to side) and brown feathered multi-stroke eyebrows. Deeply molded chubby cheeks and double dimpled chin. Original blonde mohair curly wig with cardboard pate. Factory original five-piece composition toddler body with voice box on back.

She is dressed in her factory original organdy dress with original undies.

 

The head is embossed on back "K&R // 728 / 9 //  GERMANY // 50/54". Made in Germany by Kämmer & Reinhardt, circa 1928.

 

Dimensions:

21-¼ inches (54 cm) tall.

 

Condition:

Flawless head with no cracks, hairlines, chips or dents. Very nice coloring. Slightly worn paint on neck. Clean and bright original finish body. Eyes mechanism and crier are functioning perfectly. Excellent overall condition.
