1930’s German 7” Lusterware Figural Bonzo Dog Decanter

Description:
This is an exceedingly rare vintage figural lusterware decanter depicting a very nice "unauthorized" Baby Bonzo with a very sweet expression.

All made of light brown iridescent lusterware with big glass eyes, a big molded pacifier in his mouth, removable right ear with cork stopper and spout tail along his back.

Number "9440" incised on lower back and "Germany" ink stamped on bottom. Made in Germany, circa 1930s.

Dimensions:
7 inches (18 cm) height.

Condition:
Complete piece without cracks, chips or repairs of any kind. Eyes have a hairline in center. There are two tiny, not very noticeable, paint loss spots on back. Cork needs to be replaced. Otherwise, excellent overall condition.
