This 1930's Afternoon dress is varigated pink, blue, green, and yellow floral embroidery on sheer black (rayon?) fabric. It is 2 piece, and has a slight puff sleeve. The front satin button and loop closure extends to 7 inches below the waist, and then is open to expose the taffeta under slip. Measures B-36, W-30, H-40, Shoulder-14 1/2, Length-40 1/2. The slip has some color variation, and a large mend in the back that does not show through the dress. Another color slip could be used for a different look. A lovely dress, with stunning embroidery.
Condition is very good, with no stains, or fading.
