Up for auction is a nice 1930's  authentic beer label with neck label / band ,  CHAMPAGNE VELVET BEER, brewed and bottled by the Terre Haute Brewing Co., Terre Haute, Indiana.  This neck collar may be a marriage as I don't see any gold on it....certainly is the same era!  The 12 oz.  label  has great graphics and good bold color!   It has "Internal Revenue Tax Paid", perforated with the numbers "1 124".   It measures approx. 3 x  4.5 ".   It has been used and there are  remnants of glue on the back of the label.  No major damage, but some creases and wrinkling....no tears.  I still rate it to be in  good condition. 

  It is part of a large collection of beer, wine, spirits, and soda pop labels I will be working on for the next week or so.  These have all been properly stored for 60 - 70 plus years, CLEAN and not musty.
