1930's~Figural SANTA CLAUS~8" GLASS Electric TABLE LAMP





 

 

 

Up for auction is a WONDERFUL vintage Depression Era SANTA CLAUS Figurine that is actually an Electric LAMP .. a Figural piece in the shape of a standing St. Nick holding a wrapped Gift in one hand and a Doll in the other .. made of molded GLASS with multicolor Hand Painted decorations .. original wiring and snap-in bulb fixture intact .. made in USA and dates circa 1930s but the maker is unknown .. pictured in the book  Pictorial Guide to Christmas Ornaments and Collectibles by George Johnston (see last photo below) .. a Hearty Survivor from a Simpler era. 

VERY GOOD all Original condition - no chips, cracks or restorations - Works Great .. some expected paint wear from years of loving use .. measures almost 8" high x 4 1/8" in diameter at base .. unmarked as to maker .. guaranteed Old and Original.
