All in-state North Carolina residents will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout. Sales tax is also collected on any "local pickups" from our store. Sales tax is presently not charged when the merchandise is shipped to a non-resident outside the state of NC.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction may be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder Strike may be filed against your permanent eBay record.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturdays & Sundays).

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction, unless the shipping is listed as a "fixed cost" amount. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We reserve the right on all shipments to determine the most economical method of shipment, which in some cases may differ from the original carrier.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!  Presently we ONLY sell and ship within the United States and its Territories.

We allow combined shipping, but we can NOT issue a combined invoice. Combined shipping is done at our discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and refunds are granted ONLY if the item was grossly misrepresented or was damaged during shipment. Any requests for return & refund MUST be made within 3 days following delivery of the merchandise (requests received beyond the 3 day window will be denied, regardless of the reason), and the merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days. We do NOT pay for the return shipping - buyer is always responsible for the return shipping cost.
