Description
We have a very nice old Black Hat or Cap. It has a Gilted Cord above the Bill, with Buttons on each end, having IN HOC SIGNO VINCES, along with a Crest with a Crown and Cross, along with a Silver Crown with Maroon Velvet on front above the Bill which is Black Fabric covered, Top has 6 Panels with Button on top, marked with tag size 7 1/4. The Lining is Black fabric with marking the M. C. Lilley & Company, Columbus, Ohio, Emory J. Snell. Headliner is man-made of Plastic Covered Fabric. We think that it is Masonic of some sort.
