1930's Vintage Shell Sign-2 Sided-Orig hardware-RARE!!

I have this Vintage 2 sided SHELL sign for auction. It is genuine porcelain coated on both sides. Included with this sign is the original Hanging hardware with the actual pipe the sign hung on for almost 80 years. We purposely left the sign with it's original "look". It would be easy to polish it to a nicer look, but it would lose it's character and charm.
The sign measures 48" x 48" (not including the hardware or pipe). By the looks of it, there is a date at the bottom right of one of the sides showing it's genuine. It reads "Property Shell Petroleum Corporation" and under it says "Peerless 8-38"
This Rare gem is in very good condition. It does have some nicks in the porcelain as you can see in the photos. The sign is not bent or dented in any way, though. I think the chips date back to those darn kids in the 40's and 50's with their Red Ryder BB guns shooting up the town! In any case, this is the real McCoy. I'm sure it has seen more than we can fathom.
