Returns- All items as stated in our auctions are sold with a 7 day return policy. No returns on opened, altered , slabbed or sealed packages. Refund will include a 10% restocking fee . Shipping and insurance costs are never refunded. USPS doesnt refund us. Just the cost of the item minus the fee. We never use file photos. The picture of the item you see is the actual item you will receive unless otherwise stated. Our handling time is the amount of time from payment received to the shipping date. Most items are packaged the same day as payment is received, but there are exceptions to every rule, such as our modem is down, computer is down, or shipping employee is off.

Feedback-Our feedback policy has changed. POSITIVE feedback will only be returned after it is left for us. Your positive feedback is a way of letting us know that you are satisfied with your purchase. Shipping Options -You may receive a shipping discount if you pay for all of your items on one invoice. We cannot discount items shipped separately. For shipment in United States, please pay the above posted shipping fee. We cannot ship outside of the USA unless otherwise stated except to APO addresses. The shipping is not negotiable after auction has closed. If you have questions please email us before you bid. The method of shipment may vary from auction listing depending on winning bidders zip, approximate time of delivery, value of item, and many other factors. We determine the final method of shipment unless it is arranged between buyer and seller before auction end. The shipping cost includes insurance on every item and the actual postage. Most packages costs us about two dollars to ship with $1.75 insurance under fifty dollars. Insurance amounts will vary on buy it now auctions based on the value of the item. Your item is usually shipped within 48 hours of payment. Keep in mind we are closed holidays, Saturday and Sunday.
