Insurance is required for some breakable or expensive items at our discretion. If you choose not to insure your item, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or refund once it leaves our possession. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR ITEMS BROKEN, MISSDELIVERED, OR LOST DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER. We ship USPS PRIORITY ON MOST ITMES but occasionally use other shiiping methods.
