These were issued for the armed forces in Europe and N. Africa during WWII. Thank you VETERANS!!!

   Serial number: B 30923907 C.  Front Plate: # I 4214.  Back Plate: # 2410. 

NO tears, bank stamps, or writing!  It does have fold marks/wrinkles and four pinholes.  

NORTH AFRICA "EMERGENCY" NOTES make a GREAT addition to your collection or investment !!
