Up for auction is a 1937 John Dere Model B. This is a long frame B. Complete tractor. The carb and intake tube are not pictured, but I do have them. I purchased this to restore because it's such an excellent little tractor, but I just don't have time or money to fool with it right now. It appears to have been restored before. Paint is decent except on the hood. Hood is very straight, might be a reproduction. No cracks or welds that I can find. Nothing broken that I can see. Needs rear tires. Front tires hold air and are the old style two rib, but they are showing age. Front wheels are round cutoffs, rears are the original solids I think. Wheels are all in great condition. The engine is currently stuck. Ran good, but last owner let it sit in his shed for several years and it stuck. Probably not stuck very bad. I pulled the valve cover off and it looks clean in there. Currently have diesel in the cylinders soaking. Radiator was holding antifreeze before I drained it. Brakes are free and clutch snaps in nicely. Pulley shows minimal wear. Good serial number tag. If you are wanting an easy one to restore, this is it. Very nice condition overall aside from the motor being stuck! Don't Miss Out!
