1938 1939 Salt Lake City, Utah Telephone Book Directory

This is the Spring - Winter 1938 - 1939 Telephone Directory for Salt Lake City, Utah.

It is about 9" x 11" & has a total of 240 pages. These 240 pages are divided into 128 White Page Listings and 112 Yellow Page Listings.

It is in good condition & has no additional pen or pencil entries. The cover has a Mormon Monument, described in the back of the phone book. (pics #1&2)

On page 7, there is an attached single page list of telephones extension numbers for The Veterans' Administration Facilities in Salt Lake City. Attached by string is a 3" diameter Advertisement for Bamberger Coal Company. (see 4th picture)

There are some great ads for local and national companies. There are several small ads for the Telephone company with great graphic illustrations. It is a nice Vintage Telephone directory from the Pre-War era.
