Up for auction is a dated Jan. 4 1938 beer label and neck collar / band from the F.W. COOK COMPANY,  Evansville, Ind.  This (12 Fluid Ounces) COOK's GOLDBLUME  Beer label was with a collection of scrapbooked labels from the 1930's to 1940's.    It measures approx. 3" x 4-1/2 ".   The date is ink stamped on the neck label.   There are remnants of glue on the back of the label.  There is  tiny hole on the right upper edge but overall.... very good condition.   Internal Revenue Tax Paid, IND-U-746. 

Check the photo carefully....but I don't think you'll be disappointed!

It is part of a large collection of beer, wine, spirits, and soda pop labels I will be working on for the next month.  These have all been properly stored for 60 - 70 plus years, CLEAN and not musty.
