The scanned images depict this coin fairly well, but can't due justice to the overall appearance of this Twenty Cents coin from China, issued in 1938.  This nickel coin from China has wonderful about uncirculated detail with just a trace of handling and terrific lustrous pretty eye appeal. Marks are minimal and strike strong. Looks BU but sports just a hint of ever so light circulation. Obverse depicts bust of Dr. Sun Yat Sen: above: name of country and date in Chinese characters. Border of meander pattern. Reverse ancient Pu coin, value in Chinese characters on tight and left. Border of meander pattern. Terrific bit of Chinese history for any collection. This item was part of my husband's collection. He is terminally ill with cancer and wants me to sell all of his private collection, coins and currency. I have three minor children to raise and so I comply.
