1938 Goudey #250 Joe DiMaggio Autographed Rookie Card. You are looking at: * The only 1938 Goudey #250 signed Joe DiMaggio Rookie authenticated by PSA/DNA. * One of only two Autographed Joe DiMaggio Rookie Cards in existence. You can verify the authenticity of this card by going to...PSA/DNA Authentication Services and click on Cert Verification...type in the number on the case and letter of authenticity (J25695). You can also access it by using the order # of the transaction which we submitted in person on 10/9/2009. Click on Order Status then enter submission #4892233 and zip code 91344...click on the pink cert #. REVISION: First, we want to thank everyone for taking the time to provide us with information on this card and where is stands in the sports memorabilia market. We apologize to anyone who was offended or "thought we were nuts" for putting a $250,000 buy it now on the card. Please understand that at the time of the initial listing we were under the impression that this was the oldest signed DiMaggio card and the only signed rookie card. If that were the case then who knows what it would be worth? As it stands this card still has a very significant place in the sports card market... HERE'S WHAT WE KNOW: It appears that there are only 2 signed and authenticated Joe DiMaggio rookie cards. THE ONE YOU ARE LOOKING AT...and a 1938 Goudey #274 that was on display this summer in Baltimore. This card was JSA/BGS certified however we don't know if it was for sale or for how much. We received information (but can't verify) that there is a 1936 World Wide Gum autographed card as well. We don't know why this isn't considered DiMaggio's rookie card, but it's not. Beckett lists the two 1938 Goudey cards as Joe DiMaggio's official rookie cards. HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO OWN THE ONLY SIGNED #250 DIMAGGIO ROOKIE IN EXISTENCE!!!
