("DRUMS OF FU MANCHU" as serialized in COLLIERS magazine from April to June of 1939, before being made into a serial).

Some years ago there was a publication titled "SERIAL PICTORIAL" that took certain popular movie serials from the past and presented scenes from that serial in its magazine.

The front page was a scene from the serial with the title "SERIAL PICTORIAL" and the price of $1.

On the inside front page is the listing of all of the scene stills presented in the magazine and the names of each actor in the photos....AND each of these photos is approximately 8 x 10 1/2 inches in size.

This issue for the serial "THE DRUMS OF FU MANCHU" (which was released in 1940) contains 16 pages and each one is a SCENE STILL / PHOTO from the movie "THE DRUMS OF FU MANCHU".

I am not sure when this was published because I can find no date on it but I have reason to believe it was in the 1960s.----But no matter what the actual date, this is quite old and it is original as it came from an original box in a rare warehouse find and this original magazine is in MINT CONDITION and is a great collectors item and in this condition they will not last long.

This magazine is approximately 8 x 10 1/2 inches in size and it is printed on rather heavy paper...not quite card stock but almost that heavy....in fact it is possible that it was originally intended that each of these photos could be framed is so desired.
