Here we have a reprint of an original John Deere Unstyled and Early Styled "B" Tractor Repair Catalog Manual # 49-R Dated Apr, 15 1940. I paid out the wazoo for the original which was in pristine condition and must have been kept in the mattress along with that Deere dealers money because it was almost perfect...

This Catalog is for the "Unstyled" and Early Styled B's...So it covers the B, BN, BW, BR, and BO...it kind of transitioned the dealers into the new tractors, and still allowed them to utilize their stock of parts that would cross over etc...These crossover versions of this catalog are extremely rare...This is MORE than just a parts manual...

So, Why is this manual important??? Because, it lists the part numbers you need to know if you are trying to restore, collect, or rebuild one of these fine tractors... See the deal is that this was kind of a parts catalog, but more detailed...it actually shows you pictures and gives descriptions of exactly what kind of bolt or screw a part is and what it is supposed to attach to what...Don't miss this chance to own a nice reprint of this rare manual that is the cats meow if you are trying to be "correct"...
