Vintage cards are great for SCRAPBOOKING, DECOUPAGE and other crafts.  They look sweet displayed with a themed collection (like doll-themed cards as display accents to a doll collection, etc). They make FABULOUS GIFT TAGS too!  Or just give them to your SWEETIE!

Card features Superman looking down on a couple - he with hedge shears; she with hearts and flowers. Artists working at the time drawing Superman included Shuster, Cassidy, Neville, Nowak and Sikela. The series was made by Superman Inc - DC Comics licensing division of the 1940s and early 1950s. The set was published in 1940 and included at least three different designs. It is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with light to moderate wear and soiling; some creasing along neck of male figure; written in pencil on the back of the card: Robert Hahn From Marie.
