Report item Original, not restored 1941 Steelcraft P40B pedal car. This pedal car is a true survivor, and is in excellent condition, considering its age. Has surface rust, and some minor scratches to the surface. This pedal car is supposed to represent the Curtiss P40B U.S. Army pursuit plane, made famous by the Flying Tigers in China before the U.S. entered WW2. Very few originals survive, and this would be a welcome addition to a collection. There are a few additional original parts as well as a reproduction set of decals, wheels, etc that come along with the car itself. Dimensions: 36" wingspan. 49" long. 25" high (top of steering wheel). SHIPPING POLICY: The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. These will be confirmed at close of the sale, depending on buyers location. Full Value insurance will be included, no exceptions. Buyer may request an alternative shipping method. Conditions: • There has to be a legitimate reason for a return, such as material misrepresentation on our part regarding the item sold. • Buyer’s remorse does not qualify for a return. • Timing – contact us on receipt of the merchandise. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. • Item Condition – the item must be returned in the same good condition as originally shipped out to you, packed safely for shipping. • Shipping – we ship all merchandise via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured and with Delivery Confirmation. Returns must be shipped the same way. • Damage – We take great care to carefully pack each item so that it arrives in the same good condition as when it left us. Tips: Please check all packages on receipt for obvious external damage. Even if the outer shipper is damaged, the contents should still be fine. If not, please keep all materials as received to assist you with your claim. Your box will have USPS labels that will provide the article number and evidence of insurance. All shipments are insured for full value, so please contact the carrier immediately for any claims. |
