So Lovely and so Soon!

This 1943 half-page color ad features a radiant Camay bride with her young flower girl. The bride is Mrs. Raymond Schindler of Irvington, New Jersey, who says:

"The Camay Mild-Soap Diet has helped my skin to a loveliness I never dared hope for."
The text goes on:

"You, too, can win a skin that's lovelier -- if only you will follow the example of so many lovely brides: Change to the Camay Mild-Soap Diet.

"Remember -- skin specialists themselves advise a Mild-Soap Diet. So start tonight with Camay. Camay is made to be wonderfully mild for your skin."
In the painting by Jan Jordan, the blonde bride wears a white gown with a sweetheart neckline and a long filmy veil and carries white roses. Her flower girl holds red roses as she looks up adoringly at the bride. The ad also illustrates the Camay bar of soap and packaging, along with an inset that suggests a daily beauty routine.

The ad measures about 5-1/2" x 11-1/4", with only a bottom margin that is not visible in the scan. You will get the entire page which you may trim to your taste. Staple holes do not affect the ad itself.
