Great set of three items from 1945 for the La Louisiane Restaurant in New Orleans LA.

There are two postcards ~ one showing the Reception Hall & Stairway and the other of the Entrance. Neither of the post cards are used. They have no writing on the back.

The third item is a small stapled booklet titled, “The Story of La Louisiane” which measures about 3.25” x 4.5” with 20 pages including the covers. The booklet tells the history of the restaurant along with photos and drawn illustrations of the interior. It has a copyright of 1945.

All three items are in Very Good Condition with No previous owner’s marks. The postcards have a slight age tone and the staples on the booklet have started to rust.

The insurance cost listed for an item is for the opening bid ~ the insurance costs will be adjusted on the winning invoice to reflect the final value of the item.
