This is no ordinary chess set!  This one is an original and COMPLETE chess set made in 1947 and is in PERFECT CONDITION !  The pieces are ivory and black, with green felt on the bottom of each piece.  It is made with "Kingsway Florentine Chessmen" which are Florentine figurines that are similar to the first chess sets introduced into Europe around the 11th and 12th Century.  Figurines are intact as is the board, the booklet of instructions, but the upper left hand area of the box is tattered.  FREE SHIPPING in the USA !
