1947 Sheaffer Tuckaway Fountain Pen Set, Restored

The pen set is in good condition; the pen measures 4.5 inches in the closed position, the pencil measures 4.1. There are no heavy or deep scratches, cracks, chips, splits or teeth marks on either piece. The gold plated trim is excellent with no plating loss on either. The plunger filling system has been properly restored and the pen fills as designed; the ink view section transparency is good with 60% clarity. The 14k two-tone nib is a fine point; it’s been adjusted for smooth writing and proper ink flow. The pencil works like new, the eraser is almost worn out and is starting to get hard. The imprint is excellent on both.
