Here is a great and scarce original 1948 Coca-Cola neon " Rocker clock". Called the rocker clock because of the unique Coca- Cola bottle that rocks back and forth. These came in a neon lit and a non neon versions, this being the more rare neon version. The non neon version is also open faced while this has a glass face. It was produced by the Swihart clock company of Elwood Illinois. I have an original sales flyer from 1948 and this clock was an expensive piece of advertising so there's not allot of them around. This clock is in near mint condition and runs quietly and perfectly.You have to get up VERY close to see the very few small nicks or imperfections on the face. While hanging on the wall it looks mint! I've had it in my Coca-Cola collection since the mid 1980's.The movement is dated 1948 and the neon ring is original to the clock. These are one of the most collectable of all the Coca-Cola clocks and it really stands out in a collection. If you want the best of the best this one is it!
