This auction is for the 1948 Topps Magic Photo of Gus Lesnevich, # 16A from the BOXING CHAMPIONS group.  His name is very light on the card (see photo below.)        

1948 Topps Magic Photo set is the first set Topps ever made!  The reason they were called 'Magic' is because the card came out of a pack blank. The card was then moistened and then held to the sun or light to let the picture develop. Each card is postage stamp size (7/8" x 1-7/16".)  This card has been kept in a protective plastic holder.
