Stunning semi-pl brilliant surfaces! Not the satiny finish typically found on mint state Franklins, but a semi-prooflike mirrored brilliance! The strike is bold as well. While no proofs were struck from 1943 through 1949, this 1949-P has aspects one is accustomed to seeing on a proof!
