Description:  Menus for Every Day of the Year, Edited by Ruth Berolzheimer, Director of the Culinary Arts Institute, Copyright 1950.    Measures 8 3/4" x 6" with 48 pages.

                                                                                       

Condition: Fair-Good condition. Cover and pages are all intact.  Back Cover has some tears at the edge, other than that no rips, tears or writing are apparent.  Front cover is in good condition. (see photo below).
