I make every effort to ship fast and to pack well, including bubble wrap and double boxing when deemed necessary. However, I will not issue a refund unless an item is provably misrepresented in my item description. I will not issue refunds for items that are alleged to be "lost in the mail" if the buyer has refused the cost of insurance and/or delivery confirmation. I will not issue refunds for broken items if the buyer has refused to purchase insurance. |
