Hand set is the baby rattler and the base is the bank.
Base is 3-3/8” by 2-3/8”

Sorry I got the hand set sit on the base a little crooked and just now noticed it. It does sit on nice and straight.

Don't Get Outbid At The Last Moment or Miss Your Opportunity to Bid: A lot of bidders are disappointed at losing in the last second. They've been "sniped" by other bidders.
