UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS 1950'S VINTAGE GINGER DOLL. SHE WAS MADE BY THE COSMOPOLITAN DOLL COMPANY AND IS HARD PLASTIC. HER HEAD TURNS WHEN HER LEGS ARE MOVED { A WALKER DOLL?} AND SHE IS 7 1/2 INCHES TALL. HER FACE PAINT IS STILL IN GREAT CONDITION. SHE HAS BLUE SLEEPER EYES THAT ONLY WORK MANUALLY. CONSIDERING THAT SHE IS OVER 50 YEARS OLD, HER HAIR IS IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION.  THE HAIR IS GLUED ON SO COULD BE REPLACED WITH A NEW WIG. SHE IS WEARING A PINK {ORIGINAL?} DRESS WITH BLUE TRIM AND WHITE PANTIES. THERE ARE PINK STAINS ON THE DRESS IN THE FRONT AND BACK THAT HAVE BLED THROUGH TO THE PANTIES AND EVEN HAVE LEFT A LIGHT STAIN ON ONE SIDE OF HER BOTTOM AS SHOWN IN THE PICS. HER SHOES AND SOCKS APPEAR TO ALSO BE ORIGINAL AND ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THIS LITTLE DARLING COULD BE FIXED UP TO BE A REALLY BEAUTIFUL LITTLE DOLL. THANKS FOR LOOKING AT MY AUCTION.
