Buyer pays a minimum $4.80 & up priority mail shipping.  Amount adjusted according to weight and size of shipping box & mailing zone.  Smalls may be sent minimum $1.60/$2.00 & up 1st class mail, this will include sending a delivery confirmation.  Because shipping first class is offered to save the buyer shipping expenses, any packaging used that has a cost to me is passed on as part of the shipping costs. (Example: shipping a postcard is $2.00 & includes the actual shipping cost, delivery confirmation & cost of bubble pack mailer.)

Due to charge back liability on Paypal, all purchases over $50 must be insured.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDING

Any  item over $25 paid for by Paypal will have to be shipped Priority Mail or Express Mail and Insured.  Items under $25 will need to have a Receipt of Mailing which will be part of the First Class International Mailing cost.  On items shipped without insurance, I will require an email from the buyer stating the buyer will be responsible for non-receipt or damage of the package.

I regret that I have had to change my policies, but I am a small business and cannot afford unfair charge back losses.
