Here is a vintage color postcard, published around 1960, featuring a classic view of Weott, California, located on the Redwood Highway (U.S. Highway 101) in Humboldt County about 40 miles south of Eureka.  Cotter's Cafe and a Flying A gas station are on the right.  Carl's Grocery is down the block.  Another grocery and Greyhound bus depot are on the left.  A 1959 Rambler station wagon stands out in the right foreground.  A little Morris Traveler woodie station wagon, 1957 Ford, pickup truck, delivery van, 1956 Chrysler and other vehicles can be seen.  Actual postcard image is always sharper than scan shows.  This is Mike Roberts postcard #C11987, published by E.F.
