1950s Guy Lombardo's East Point Matchcover--Freeport LI
(vip214) This matchcover is from Guy Lombardo's East Point House on South Grove Street in Freeport, Long Island (NY). The inside (last image) shows an area map and a commendation.
This matchcover is NEAR MINT & UNSTRUCK with the matches removed. There is a very light ding on the saddle, but nothing serious. You are viewing both sides and a detail of the ONE matchcover in this sale. Difficult to date exactly, but probably from the 1950s.
