I offer pickup appointments on heavy, fragile, and awkward to ship items as a courtesy to my customers. All that I ask in return is prompt pickup and cash payment.

Sorry I do not accept PayPal as payment for pickups. 

I try to pack my items as securely as possible. 99.9% of the time my packages reach their destination intact. Better than 99% of the time my customers are very happy with their purchase. Unfortunately sometimes especially heavy or fragile items can be damaged in transit. Please note that I accept zero liability for any  items damaged in transit. Please note that insurance is required for all U.S. Bidders.

I Ship Twice a Week, Usually on Mondays and Fridays!! NEVER ON WEEKENDS!

I generally have a quick turnaround, Items are usually shipped within 72hrs of payment unless the item is large or awkward to ship, in that case it might take a few extra days to find a proper box. I am happy to combine shipping if you win multiple auctions; this only applies if combined shipping is safe and feasible for the items you have won. If shipping fees are not posted feel free to e-mail me your shipping address prior to the end of the auction for a quote. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and Canada will always be slightly higher than continental U.S. I generally ship via the U.S. Post office; I only ship via UPS if I absolutely must. I do not use FedEx or DHL these are not available as shipping options.

For U.S. Bidders postal insurance is Mandatory.  For international bidders it is optional.
 
Regarding non-electronic or non-mechanical items, if I am contacted within 48hrs of receipt and if we both agree that I have made an error in my description or if you feel the item was grossly misrepresented, a refund may be issued, but only upon return of said merchandise. Any refunds will be made via PayPal. Shipping & Packing charges are always non-refundable with absolutely no exceptions. Any refund will be issued once the item has been returned, and ONLY IF IT IS RECEIVED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT. Damaged goods must always be taken care of via insurance without exception. In the event of a damaged package original packing materials must be retained to claim insurance. If you discard your packing materials you are out of luck. All insurance claims must be initiated by you the buyer/recipient. I will sign and fax or mail any claim documents required to resolve the issue in a timely manner, but please realize that insurance claims take time. I do my best to package my items to the best of my ability.
