THIS MODEL IS OUT OF PRODUCTION

The Citroen 2CV is the French interpretation of the VW Bug... it is a design that is older than the Beetle, uglier than the Beetle, and flimsier than the Beetle, but it is an amazing car non-the-less. It was designed in the 1930s as entry-level transportation for people who had never before owned a car, powered by a simple, robust, easily-serviced air-cooled engine. It rode on a surprisingly sophisticated fully-independent suspension and proved rugged and reliable. It was produced for almost 40 years with production moved to Portugal in 1988 with the last car rolling off in 1990.

This FM model is an early 2 CV with the cloth trunk and suicide front doors. It features an amazingly accurate 2 cylinder 25 hp engine with front wheel drive. The cloth roll-up top extends from the windshield header to the rear bumper. The seats are lust like the 1:1, looking more like lawn chairs than car seats.

The 2 CV is a tiny car on the road and a tiny car on the shelf. But like the road car, it makes a HUGE presence.

This car is in MINT CONDITION and probably was never displayed. It comes packed in the Styrofoam Liner and Outer Box. Paperwork includes the Certificate of Title, Schematic and Care and Use Instructions. Don't miss this terrific car. You won't be disappointed.
