A “STAR” because it certainly looks ULTRA! 74 examples graded in PF 68 CAMEO, only 2 in PF 68 STAR CAMEO, and a mere 4 examples in PF 68 and higher grade ULTRA CAMEO! Before the advent of the NGC “STAR” designation, this coin might well have received an ULTRA designation. The devices are very heavily frosted and snow-white. The surrounding fields are very well mirrored, spot-free, haze-free, and black! This is a superb example of the date, with a strong claim to “ULTRA” status
