These paper dolls are "Padma's Family" from India, artist is Peggie Geiszel.   Is the center fold from the September 1947 issue of the  Jack and Jill magazine.  The magazine was in too sad of a condition to salvage.  This is one of the "Picture People Series", Story People.  Is in nice condition.   I have several other old center fold paper dolls that I will be putting up for auction in the near future, you might like to take at look to see what I have to offer...  If you have any questions please e-mail me before bidding.
