The scanned images depict this coin fairly well, but can't due justice to the overall appearance of this ONE HUNDRED FRANCS coin from FRANCE, issued in 1954. Pretty full bright satin luster with just a hint of faint gold at very rim rim edge that highlights nicely and adds beauty. Absolutely minimal marks and lots of eye appeal. Strong, crisp strike and wonderful uncirculated features. Obverse depicts head of Marianne to right with hand holding torch. Reverse value, date and olive branches. Terrific bit of European history any European or World coin collection. This item was part of my husband's collection. He is terminally ill with cancer and wants me to sell all of his private collection, coins and currency. I have three minor children to raise and so I comply.
