eBay store listing. This isn't a traditional auction, instead of bidding, this has an asking price which we'll take or people can make an offer against it which we review. Because I have to use Buy it Now on these, I set them to require approval to bid - it's the only way to keep scam artists from ending the listing (eBay makes it real tough to get the fees back). So if you're interested in this item, please shoot me an email before you try to offer or buy it. Thanks for your understanding.
Hot Rod/Rat Rod project, yard-art, or whatever you like: 1930 or 1931 Model AA Ford doodlebug frame and cowl. Car front axle. To this I added an A windshield frame, some rough doors, visor, rough body back panel and top side panels, and wired it together. Front end turns, tie rod bent. Has steering wheel. Gas tank is rotted on bottom but okay on top, firewall is good, cowl sides rough. Frame has some rot to bottom of the C under the cowl area, shortened in the back, maybe could be saved by boxing with another C channel and adding a Z'ed rear section, or replace it entirely from the cowl back. I built this up with a 4-door back door on the left side, but it includes the mate to the right door as a package - I just didn't take the time to remove that door from the other car it's still on and used the door I had handy to put it together. Includes a '47 Cadillac radiator support which is about the same width as a Model A grille and has some ears headlights could be bolted to (will add pictures showing this as soon as I get some). Can also throw some wheels on the front. I have other parts available seperately. We sold the '55 wagon, so I figured I'd post this since I sold a similar pile of tin a while back the same way. Any questions feel free to ask or see my About Me page, I do have more photos or can get some.
Optional, I can throw in a chunk of a '64 Gran Prix hood I cut slightly oversize to bend to match the shape of a Model A hood. I can include some fender tops as well to use for a custom grille or they could be used as top side tin if you wanted a custom touch.
I see Harbor Frieght sells a tubing bender that has dies for square tube. It would probably work well enough to make a frame for a body like this for under $100.
We are not a salvage yard, we do not part cars out. What you do with a car after you buy it is your business, but it's all or none. Please ignore the nonsense eBay inserts above, they have little to no understanding about motor vehicles.
Terms of sale: All cars are sold AS-IS. These are old cars and many have rust issues, they can have problems which are not apparent without a more detailed inspection and as such we may not be aware of the issues. Any prospective buyer is welcomed to make an appointment to come inspect a car in person prior to buying. Nonrefundable deposit of 10% or $500 whichever is greater due within 7 days. Must be paid in full or arrangements made within 14 days. 30 days storage is included to give you plenty of time to arrange to get the vehicle. We're flexible with weather concerns particularly in the winter; storage on paid cars can be arranged in advance for $50 per month, but if a buyer can't be contacted or is unable to make suitable arrangements, $10 per day storage fees will be applied against the amount that's been paid on the car. We're not unreasonable, but we do need to run this as a proper business..
How to pay: Check, cash in person, money order(s).
NOTE: Cashiers checks only accepted for the exact amount of the transaction. They must be able to be verified by the issuing bank before being accepted.

eBay forces me to include this redundant and confusing statement in this listing - their words, not mine: “This vehicle is being sold for parts only and is not operational or street legal. Therefore, upon purchase, it will need to be either towed or trailered. eBay encourages its members to learn about their state laws governing vehicle sales prior to the sale or purchase of a vehicle.”
