I offering a 1957 Fender Stratocaster that has the neck! 1957 was the year!!! As you can see, it has nice wear, but nothing excessive for a 51 year old rock n roll icon. This one came from a pro player and I know why....hint, it sounds friggin amazing!
Pro Refret with large wire, 5 way switch ( original is included) and some shielding paint and such in the cavities (see pictures) and probably the tremolo springs (look too new) are keeping it from being 100% original...a few minor issues are going to save the savvy guy a few bucks.
The neck is big and with a soft V profile and just feels right in your hand. The refret makes it play like butter and can be set up to your liking. I have it set up on the low side and it smokes.
The pickups are reading in at 6.38k (bridge), 6.19k (middle) and 6.68k (neck) and as you can see the solder joints are original (except for the 5 way).
As you can see it only weighs 7.5lb's (7lb' 8oz) and has the old wood ring and sustain going on it a great way.
This is a Major League 1950's Stratocaster that ships in it's original Tweed Case to complete the package.
