Customer Service Policy:

LATE PAYMENT: If you pay late and thus, receive your items late, it does not qualify for special privileges. The guarantee is null and void 15 days after the auction. It is your responsibility to pay for and acquire your purchases in a timely fashion. So if there is a major discrepancy, you have time to notify our office. Please remember that if you call us 16 days after the auction, there is nothing we can do about a major discrepancy except apologize to you. If you want to be considered for an adjustment or refund, it is your responsibility to notify us within 15 days after the auction closes.

LIMIT OF RESTITUTION: Under no circumstances will Total Auction Company be responsible for lost profits or other financial damages on item(s) bought or sold. Refunds requested on the grounds of authenticity must be accompanied by at least a supporting written statement from an authority recognized by the auctioneers. Total Auction Company will not be responsible for shipping costs, after auction appraisal fees, testing or any other post auction costs. If it is agreed that an item may be returned, it is the buyer's responsibility to return it in the same condition as received.

ADDITION OR WITHDRAWAL: We reserve the right to withdraw any of the items listed before the sale ends. We shall have no liability whatsoever for such a withdrawal. We reserve the right to end this auction at any time if our consignor deems it necessary. Should the need arise; we reserve the right to make corrections and provide additional information or end the sale for any reason.

AGENT RESPONSIBILITY: If you are registering or executing a bid for someone else under your e-Bay user name, please bear in mind that you are responsible for the settlement of that account with us regardless of whether the person you're executing or registering for pays you or not.

LEGAL DISPUTE: Any legal disputes arising from this auction shall be settled in the court system in the State of North Dakota.

Payment Policy:

Personal Check: Personal checks and business checks are accepted.  Once your payment by personal or business check is received, it can take up to 11 business days to clear.  We check our bank every day, so rest assured your item(s) will be sent out the next shipping day after funds clear.

Money Order/Cashiers Checks: We will happily accept your Money Order or Cashiers Check.  Your item(s) will be sent our the next shipping day after your payment by Money Order or Cashiers Check is received & cleared.

PayPal: We prefer payment by PayPal, which keeps it simple.  You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card going through PayPal - with, or without even having a PayPal account.  You can also pay by personal check using PayPal.  If you have a payment question, please send us an email at figleo@hotmail.com, or give us a call at 701-746-1378.  If by chance you receive a voice message when you call us, please leave us your name, area code and phone number and the best time to call you back, and we will call you back as quickly as possible.

GUARANTEE: We will stand behind our description regarding a major discrepancy
  only. If the discrepancy is less than a major discrepancy, an adjustment or
  refund minus shipping can be negotiated. Any such statements are strictly matters

  discussed over the telephone or in person prior to or during an auction shall

NOMINAL BIDS: We reserve the right to cancel bids and/or limit the quantity
  of bids on our product if the buyer has excessive negative feedback, or if the
  buyer has zero feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction at any time
  our consignor deems necessary. Should the need arise; we reserve the right to
  make corrections and provide additional information or end the sale for any
  reason.

RESERVES: Some items in this auction may carry a conservative reserve. If at
  the end of the auction a reserve is not met we will check with the seller and
  see if they would still like to sell it to the highest bidder. We will notify
  and offer the item to the highest bidder if this is the case. The decision of
  the seller shall be final and absolute. The auctioneer reserves the right to
  hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the
  bank, if the auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest.
