This is for a gorgeous book printed in 1958 titled "Metropolitan Seminars in Art" by Art Critic John Canady.  This is part of a 12 book set, and this particular book is subtitled "Portfolio 1: What is a Painting?". 

BUT I am not just offering you a book!  I am also including 12 original Color Plates from the Masters too!  Each 1958 Color plate is approximatley 9.5" x 12.5" and PERFECT for framing!!  Each color plate is in excellent condition, and all you need is a frame!!!  Great for those early Christmas presents for the art lover in your life!
