This is a Briglin dog money box produced either in the 1960s or 1970s, and is in very good condition. Briglin pottery was established in 1948 by Brigitte Goldsmith and Eileen Mawson, however the company was closed in 1990 and since then the popularity for these pieces has only increased.

Briglin pottery is favoured for its earthy hues and very organic tactile markings.

This piece is stamped 'Bringlin' on the bottom.
