 Teak Entry Chest Table, H.G. Møbler, Denmark, c. late 1960s Wonderful warm teak wood and teak wood veneer, the piece is VERY WELL made and incredibly functional. Features a table top surface, two spacious drawers and two shelf cubbies. This sits low to the floor, so perfect in entry with room above to hang coats or place a mirror etc. The height also allows it to transform into a an entry bench (simply add a cushion or use with out...perfect place to plant your behind while putting on shoes. (cushion shown in one of the pics is for example only and not included). Would also be great just about anywhere else in your modern home. While this sits on the floor as shown, technically the base can be removed and it could also be mounted to a wall. On the backside there are two inset metal hooks (see rear facing pic) for mounting to wall standards (not included). H.G. produced a number of different elements like this with multi use capability, so if one day you ever want to mount this, you could fabricate some sort of simple wall brackets and hang it. When using with the floor base, the inset hooks face the rear and and will be against a wall...so its a non issue. Leg support base can be removed for shipping. measurements 35.25"w by just over 15.75"d by 15.75"h. Inside of each drawer is 15.5" by 13.75" by 2". Each shelf cubby is just under 16.75"w by just under 15.5" by just over 2.5" condition In great condition.
