1960's Philco Tube HiFi Stereo Console Radio Phonograph

Hello, and many Thanks to all the users that helped us make it to our 10th year anniversary here on ebaY! You are bidding on 1- Vintage 1960's Philco model L-1653-121 Tube Hi-Fi Stereo Console AM/FM Radio and 4 Speed Phonograph. Has original BSR 45 RPM automatic record spindle adaptor and the complete schematic is on the inside base of the cabinet. Tubes listed and installed are 2- 25F5, 2- 12AX7A, 1- 6BJ6, 1- 6BH6, 1- 12BE6, 1- 12BA6, and 1- 17C9. The unit works pretty well, but the turntable starts off slow, and the tuner can't seem to pull in many FM stations. AM is loud and clear though. Cabinet is very nice, with only some minor nicks and scrapes, but it is real wood, maybe mahogany, and would clean up beautifully. There are 2- Philco 10" woofers # 36-1653-9, 433242, and 2 tweeters # 36-1673-29, 285240. Measures approx. 38"W x 15.5"D x 29.5"H. I can ship this FedEx Ground, but must be to a legitimate business, and it still won't be very cheap. I'd prefer a pick-up. Shipping info:
Buyer pays a $85.00 packing fee, plus shipping cost to a business address. Shipping weight is approx. 90 pounds. Pick-up is welcome to save on packing and shipping costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Packing fees over seas could be higher, but not necessarily.
