Numbered Garnier Rocking Horse Liquor Decanter

This ceramic liquor decanter has N188, ANNEE 1961 on the bottom.  It is a bronze color and stands about 13" tall, 12" wide and 3" deep at the base. The labels on the front are intact and still firmly attached (a little tear on the Maryland stamp).  There is a small piece of label remaining on the back up near the cork.  There is a repaired section on the horse's tail -- the piece was re-attached but a couple of chips remain (see close-up photo).  The decanter is empty and the cork is broken -- half is stuck in the decanter.
